orders and payment
private orders are always welcome. if you would like to purchase a bespoke item or pieces from existing collections in different colours, please contact Sophie directly: sophie@sophiebealemillinery.com.
when ordering items from current and archived collections, 100% of the payment will be due upon confirmation of the order. for bespoke orders, a 50% deposit will be due when placing your order and the remaining 50% upon completion of your piece. If you would like make an appointment to visit the London studio, please get in touch.

 

 

lead times
every piece is handmade to order in our London studio so please allow up to four weeks for production. shorter lead times may be possible during quiet times so please enquire if you would like something sooner.

shipping policy
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. any insurance will be included in shipping costs.

returns policy
returns only accepted on faulty or damaged products, in which case a refund will be given upon receipt of the returned items. photographic proof will need to be supplied of the fault or damage upon receipt of the item.
returns accepted within 14 days of customer receipt.
